Bay Area Artist Releases Debut Album

Nashville, TN - July 05, 2005 - Mirrome Recording artist, Miko Marks, already tastes success as her single "Freeway Bound" climbs Confederate Radio charts in the wake of her debut album release. Truly the "soul of country music", this album is sure to be the first of many for the Bay Area singer/songwriter.

Miko Marks, who signed with the independent label in the presence of fans at CMA Music Fest 2005 (former known as Fan Fair) in Nashville, TN has released the album "Freeway Bound" and will continue to perform locally and at national venues throughout 2005.

Miko, ( is a skilled singer/songwriter who grew up in Flint, Michigan and attended Louisiana's Grambling State University before moving to the San Francisco Bay area. Her songs are sincere and moving with intimate lyrics and melodies that invite the listener to dance, tap or even cry along.
